Location: Khansaheb Head Office, Umm Ramool, Airport Road, Dubai

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the activities of multiple construction crews at the site.

Plan and schedule work assignments to ensure efficient use of resources.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior foremen and workers.

Monitor and enforce compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Review and approve work procedures, method statements, and safety plans.

Collaborate with project managers to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project objectives and requirements.

Prepare progress reports and updates for project management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Foreman in the UAE/GCC, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

Thorough knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
