Role: Senior CMMS Specialist

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technologies, or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or computer programming.

Advanced proficiency in using the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) suite.

Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates (UAE) Driving License.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights and optimize the performance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and develop solutions to enhance CMMS functionality.

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EAM suite modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of CMMS data.

Provide technical support and training to end-users to facilitate efficient utilization of the CMMS platform.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of CMMS processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize system uptime.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to CMMS and asset management practices.
