Job Description

We are a leading Freight Forwarding Company based in the UAE, We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations  to join our team.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of [X years] of experience in sales operations, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

UAE residency and work experience are mandatory.
