We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the precast industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience specifically within the precast industry. This position requires excellent sales skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the precast industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.

Provide technical support and advice to clients on precast solutions and products.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales within the precast industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong technical knowledge of precast concrete products and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

UAE driving license is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
