Sales Executive

Job Description

World Connect Freight is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company operating in the UAE. We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the freight forwarding industry to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Coordinate with internal departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.

Keep abreast of industry developments and updates to provide relevant information and insights to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

UAE residency and work experience are mandatory.
