Sales Executive

Job Description

Orchid  is a well-established trading company based in the vibrant business environment of the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Identify and target potential clients through proactive sales strategies.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.

Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals.

Provide excellent customer service before and after sales transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the trading industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

UAE valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.

Excellent command of English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
