VIP Platinum Concierge DMCC is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Manager to join our team. As a Reservation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and exceptional service delivery to our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the reservation process, including booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations, to ensure timely and accurate handling.

Lead and manage the reservation team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to drive business growth and customer retention.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics, particularly in the Middle Eastern travel industry, to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and maximize profitability.

Utilize reservation management software and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Prepare and analyze reservation reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Comprehensive understanding of the Middle Eastern travel industry landscape, regulations, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reservation management software.

Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred and will be prioritized.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
