hiring for our client, a renowned real estate industry in UAE for the role of Project Manager - Events

Location - Dubai, UAE.

Salary - upto AED 22,000

Contract: 10 months

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager - Events, Sponsorship & Partnership (Real Estate) in UAE.

- Hands on experience in managing end-to-end projects, leading team, developing strategies, budgets, financial reconciliation, insights reporting etc.

Job Role:

-Manage all aspects of project planning and execution, including but not limited to planning, organization, budgets, financial reconciliation, insights reporting, presentations, agendas, and scheduling.

-Serve as a point of contact for project management and promote communication with departments and business stakeholders across the organization.

-Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders while working cooperatively to plan and manage activities and projects as assigned by managers.

-Execute project risk analysis, management, and prevention/mitigation plans.

-Monitoring project progress, addressing possible difficulties, problem solving, escalation as needed, and post-analysis and reporting
