Job Overview:

We are urgently seeking a qualified Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in civil engineering projects and possess strong technical expertise. This is an immediate requirement, and candidates who are locally available in the UAE and can join immediately will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Planning and Scheduling: Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.

Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and technical support to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved as per specifications.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize project profitability.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Client Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, change orders, and other relevant records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with a focus on project management and site supervision.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

UAE driving license and local experience (preferred).
