We are currently seeking a highly experienced Process Analyst to join our esteemed bank in UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Assyst upgrade project and ensuring the seamless implementation of IT policies and procedures. With a strong background in technology and certifications in ITIL and COBIT, the Process Analyst will contribute to the efficient delivery of projects and the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Swift onboarding to facilitate the new resource's support for the Assyst upgrade project.

Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.

Utilize advanced skills in Agile/DevOps delivery model to optimize project delivery.

Manage JIRA and Confluence tools effectively to streamline project collaboration and documentation.

Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all processes.

Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.

Foster collaboration and communication across teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.

Strong technology background with a focus on IT policies and procedures.

Certified in ITIL and COBIT, with advanced skills in Agile/DevOps delivery model.

Proficiency in managing JIRA and Confluence tools.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
