Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Off Plan Property Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in property sales. As an Off Plan Property Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties to prospective buyers, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify off-plan property opportunities and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a network of clients, including investors, buyers, and developers, through various channels such as networking events, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Property Promotion: Promote off-plan properties through various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, print media, and property exhibitions, to attract potential buyers and investors.
Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice and guidance on suitable off-plan property options based on their needs.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to facilitate property sales. Handle objections, address concerns, and provide persuasive arguments to close deals effectively.
Documentation and Compliance: Assist clients with the preparation and completion of necessary documentation for property purchases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Relationship Management: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their queries and concerns promptly, and offering continuous support throughout the sales process.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve sales targets, share market insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, sales activities, and revenue generation. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline
