We are urgently seeking an experienced MEP Foreman to join our contracting team for industrial projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, along with demonstrable leadership skills to oversee project execution efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems on industrial projects.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Lead a team of technicians and laborers, assigning tasks and providing guidance as necessary.

Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report on project status to the project manager.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to schedules.

Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate records of manpower, equipment, and materials usage.

Implement measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP Foreman, preferably in industrial projects.

Diploma or Secondary School Certificate in a relevant field.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and installation techniques.

Leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
