We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team at Marco Polo Freight. As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Your role will involve optimizing logistical processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

Oversee and manage inventory levels.

Ensure goods are delivered on time to customers.

Resolve any issues or problems related to transportation and logistics.

Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping lines, carriers, and freight forwarders.

Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.

Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs.

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Address and resolve any customer complaints regarding logistics services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Logistics Executive or similar role.

Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
