Help Desk Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Help Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our clients, ensuring prompt resolution of their technical issues and inquiries. This is a full-time onsite role that requires 24/7/365 availability and involves working on a shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions to clients.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support personnel for resolution.

Document and maintain records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client needs.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum of a university degree, preferably in fields related to Customer Management, Business Management, or Operations Management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

At least 5 years of experience in a Help Desk role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.

Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

UAE-based candidates are preferred.
