Job Description:

Curate and manage the wine program for the restaurant.

Provide wine recommendations and pairings to guests.

Train and mentor staff on wine knowledge and service.

Maintain wine inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.

Create and update wine lists to reflect current offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a sommelier in high-end establishments.

Must be located within the UAE.
