Front Office Coach (Duty Manager) Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Supervise front desk agents and provide coaching and guidance as needed
Handle guest escalations and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist in staff training and development initiatives
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures
Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel is required
