Location: Khansaheb Head Office, Umm Ramool, Airport Road, Dubai

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site.

Assign tasks to workers and ensure that they are completed on time and according to specifications.

Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project plans and standards.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards and quality issues.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff and laborers.

Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE/GCC, preferably in the roads and infrastructure sector.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
