Hiring for an Executive Assistant for a company based in SHARJAH (Arabic Speaker)
Salary offered – AED 10,000-13,000 per month + Standard Benefits
Responsibilities:
-Maintains an appointments diary for the assigned manager and ensures that all meetings, interviews, functions, duty trips are clearly indicated and advises the manager of his/her daily program.
-Receives visitors and VIPs with tact and courtesy, determines the purpose of the visit, and directs them to the executive's office.
-Answers the telephone, connects callers as necessary, taking and conveying messages and answering general queries.
-Transcribes material from notes, drafts for review - Includes taking shorthand notes at formal meetings and drafting letters from brief notes or oral instructions as required.
-Assists in rearranging bookings and ground services when arrangements are changed, completes expense statements upon completion of trips and keeps on up to date awareness of the Executive's whereabouts at all times on overseas trips.
Skills:
5-7 years of U.A.E. experience in handling secretarial and administrative tasks for the Top Management
