We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team in the precast field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the precast industry. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for precast projects and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for precast projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

Utilize estimating software and tools to facilitate the estimation process and ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.

Analyze project risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids in accordance with project requirements and deadlines.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering proposals.

Participate in project kick-off meetings and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate records of estimates, pricing data, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the precast field, with a focus on estimation.

Strong understanding of precast construction methods, materials, and processes.

Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
