Job Title: Commercial Director
Company Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the events industry based in Dubai, is currently seeking talented individuals to join their team. With a focus on exhibitions and events related to the industrial machinery/manufacturing sector, our client is dedicated to delivering innovative and impactful experiences to their clients. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Salary: Up to 45,000 AED
Experience: Must have experience in exhibitions and event sales in the industrial machinery/manufacturing industry.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving revenue growth for the company's events portfolio. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the events industry, with a focus on exhibitions and event sales.
Specific experience in the industrial machinery/manufacturing sector is essential.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to the region (Dubai, UAE).
