Contracting Companies in Dubai (Industrial Project) are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join their team. This position requires experience in Industrial Building Construction and the ability to manage and oversee civil construction activities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Plan and organize daily work schedules, allocate resources, and oversee the deployment of manpower and equipment.

Monitor progress and performance of construction activities, identify issues or delays, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion of the project.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any technical or logistical challenges.

Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Train and mentor junior staff, provide guidance on construction techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials usage, and manpower allocation.

Requirements:

2-5 years of GCC experience as a Civil Foreman in Industrial Building Construction.

Diploma or Secondary School Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
