Job Description
World Connect Freight, a leading logistics and freight forwarding company based in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the freight forwarding industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting and acquiring new clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
UAE residency and work experience are mandatory.
