Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail division in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with extensive experience in hypermarket operations within the GCC region. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.

Ensure that the branch meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence.

Manage inventory levels, product assortment, and merchandising to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales forecasts, and budget variances to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven 7 years of experience in retail management within the GCC region, specifically in a leading hypermarket environment.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the retail sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.

Preferred nationality: Indian (Keralites).
