Hiring for Assistant Contract Manager

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Real Estate or construction industry will be given high preference.

Job Responsibilities:

-Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including construction contracts, vendor agreements, and lease agreements.

-Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, including contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

-Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution and fulfilment of contractual obligations.

-Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.

-Assist in resolving contract disputes and discrepancies, working closely with legal counsel and other relevant parties.

-Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to identify contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.

-Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.

-Provide support in analysing contract performance and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

-Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive contract information and negotiations.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or related field.

Proven experience in contract management or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.

-Experience in preparing contracts as per FIDIC standards.
