Vida Landscapes, a prominent landscaping company based in Ajman, is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and issue payments in a timely manner.

Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, including variance analysis and forecasting.

Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
